WHO WE ARE
Child Evangelism Fellowship Omaha is the local branch of an international organization that partners with local churches to reach children with the Gospel.
WHAT IS A
TRAINING PACKAGE?
Our Training Packages are customizable, in-person workshops designed to equip you to share the Gospel and disciple children. Each package includes a devotional and three focused training sessions (about 2–3 hours total), all held at our Ministry Training Center.
WHY SCHEDULE TRAINING FOR YOUR
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY TEAM?
Because what your team does has eternal impact. This training is more than a leadership tune-up. It’s a chance to unite your team around the Gospel, sharpen their skills, and reignite their passion for reaching kids. With practical tools and Gospel clarity, your team will be equipped for greater impact.
Our mission is to work alongside the local church to evangelize boys and girls, disciple them in the Word of God and establish them in a local church.
DETAILS
AT A GLANCE
LOCATION: All trainings are held at the CEF Omaha Ministry Training Center. If this is not possible for your team, alternative options can be arranged.
DATES: Choose a time that works for you, typically Monday or Tuesday evenings, or Saturday mornings. Best months: Sept–Nov & Feb–Apr.
FORMAT: Each package lasts for 2-3 hours, including a devotional and three interactive training sessions. Choose from four training packages - or build your own!
COST: $250 for teams of up to 10 for a three hour session (includes materials, snacks, and a meal). Contact for rates for groups of more than 10. We are happy to adjust the cost based on your church budget, so please reach out for more information.

GOSPEL PACKAGE:
Equips volunteers to confidently share the Gospel, teach it within Bible lessons, and counsel children clearly toward a decision for Christ.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Sharing the Gospel with Children

BIBLE LESSON PACKAGE:
Focuses on helping teachers present engaging, Gospel-centered or Growth-centered Bible stories that invite a clear response from children.

- Making Your Lesson Come Alive
- Closing Your Story: Giving an Invitation
CLASS HOUR PACKAGE:
Equips volunteers with the core elements needed to engage kids, manage behavior, and reinforce Bible truths.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Teaching the Memory Verse
- Relationship Building Games
- Managing Your Classroom
CEF STARTER PACKAGE:
A beginner-friendly introduction to CEF methods - ideal for churches exploring partnership or simply wanting to strengthen their volunteers.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:

- Teaching the Memory Verse
BUILD YOUR OWN:
Allows churches to customize their training experience by selecting the sessions that best meet their current needs and team dynamics.
